You can expect our sessions to be 45 to 60 minutes in length.

Individual Therapy fees:

45 min sessions $130

60 min sessions $150

Couples therapy fee:

75 min sessions for $200

HPN does offer sliding scale weekly slots for $90 per session. We currently have 3 slots available.

Please inquire for the sliding scale form when scheduling a consultation.

At this time, we are in network with Aetna and Cigna.

• All Cigna insurance slots are at capacity.

• We currently only have availability for Aetna & Self-pay slots.

We are currently able to provide a Superbill* on a monthly basis for your sessions to provide to your insurance company.

*Superbill: is an itemized list of services from an out-of-network provider given to the client. This gives you access to seek reimbursement for out-of-network services from your insurance company directly.

At this time, all sessions will be Telehealth and held via Google Meet links. Happy Nest can only serve clients who reside in New York or New Jersey.

You can expect weekly sessions, while we work on your therapeutic goals. Once a majority of your goals are met, we will check in on reducing our frequency. You can expect a reduction from weekly to bi-weekly, monthly and then you graduate!

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Late cancellations or No Shows for sessions will result in charge of the full fee of service ($130).

Yes, we accept loveland vouchers and still require a card on file.

Once vouchers are all used - recipients will assume responsibility for the full fee for sessions there after. The ability to receive Superbills for subsequent sessions is an option.
