My unwavering passion for helping others and interest in psychology has been with me since high school. While learning about myself, I grew a desire to help others understand themselves, and how experiences have shaped them. I found my purpose in being that therapeutic guide for people wanting to grow by shedding outside societal narratives and rewrite them while feeling seen and heard.
As both my professional and personal life continued, I found the niche that would bring me so much joy after becoming a mother myself, to our son-shine. The realities of the effects of the perinatal period on my husband and I, both individually and on our marriage, has led me to create a soft landing place for individuals and couples to weather this big life transition that can often feel isolating.
I look forward to continue to increase awareness of PMADS for both partners, while creating accessible care for communities in need.
